Tariffs

The tariffs are for the 2026 season based on 2 adults sharing.

All weekend group bookings in April, May and June are for two nights with a late check out on the Sunday.  We also have a ‘rent all’ policy for all single sex groups where you will have exclusive use of the three yurts and also the Hub facilities.

The prices above are on 2 people sharing, extra adults/children per yurt there will be a surcharge of £20 per night for the extra person. All yurts sleep up to 5 persons.

Before booking a yurt we advise that you read our –Terms and Conditions– with regard to cancellations.  We also advise that you should take out holiday insurance to cover costs if you decide to cancel your holiday for any reason.

If for any reason you need to cancel your holiday then we will make every effort to re-let the yurt or holiday apartment and refund your money less a 20% administration fee.  If we are unable to do this then LCY reserves the right to retain your deposit and recover any outstanding balance.  We advise you to protect against cancellation by taking out holiday insurance at the time of booking.  All cancellations must be in writing or via e.mail.

If the accommodation is not available due to any unforeseen circumstances, LCY cannot accept liability or responsibility, but your deposit and any rental money already paid will be refunded.

There is a no smoking policy in the yurts and communal buildings.

Non-residents are only allowed on site after confirmation with the owners of LCY.

Losses or damage to the property caused by you or your party (normal wear and tear excluded) must be paid for and we reserve the right to terminate your stay if any of your party are not treating the property or other guests with due respect.
